TECH –eDesign Message Center, Ladder Search, and Secret Image Enhancements

eDesign continues to enhance the overall yearbook creation experience. Below are the latest new features that are now available.

There is now a new way to filter messages on the Homepage. Notice the new drop down menu at the top of the message screen. Also, messages that have been loaded since the last logon are in bold typeface, in order to draw attention to them.

In the Book View, there are now filters to show each page type in the Ladder, as well as an advanced search that allows multiple combinations of search terms.

In the Library, images saved on a secret spread now get marked as secret. They have a red tab, and can only be viewed by advisers and staff assigned to secret pages. Note: if you want to keep an image secret as soon as it is uploaded, go ahead and place it on a secret page.

Also in the Library, a new button has been added to unused images to rotate the image counterclockwise. There is also a menu item, so multiple library images can be rotated at once.
